Tailoring the structural, optical, and dielectric properties of nanocrystalline niobate ceramics for possible electronic application

In the past decades, magnesium niobate materials have been extensively inves- tigated due to their exceptional dielectric characteristics at microwave fre- quencies and are widely employed in microwave dielectric resonators. In present research, the nanocrystalline MgNb2O6 having an orthorhombic crys- tal structure with P b c n space group was successfully synthesized at 1000oC using a chemical route. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, FESEM, impedance analyzer, and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) were used to characterize the prepared phase. The average crystallite size, unit cell volume and the X-ray density of the prepared material were evaluated to be 52.55 nm,
407.65A˚ 3  and4.9865g/cm3,respectively.Themolecularbendingandstretch- ing vibrations of metal oxide bonds were examined by Raman spectroscopy, which ranged from 232 cm1 to 1007 cm1. FESEM analysis of the prepared ceramics revealed uniformly distributed grains with clear grain boundaries bearing the average grain size of 0.78 µm.  A high direct band gap of 2.97  eV was investigated from DRS. The impedance analysis of the prepared phase revealed a decrease in the capacitance and dielectric constant between 40 Hz to 10 MHz. At 10 MHz frequency, the dielectric constant of the material was found to be 13.15. The loss tangent also displayed a systematic decrease with the increase in frequency from 40 Hz to 10 MHz.

Digital data including photographs, audio, and video are now readily available because to the development of the Internet. The ease of access to multime-  dia raises concerns about ownership identification, authentication of content, security, and copyright protection. Here, we talk about the idea of digital pic- ture watermarking with an emphasis on the method utilized for embedding and extracting the watermark from images. This paper also presents a complete classification of digital watermarking along with its fundamental properties, such as visual imperceptibility, resilience, capacity, and security. Additionally, we have covered the most recent uses of digital watermarking in the fields of healthcare, distance learning, electronic voting, and the military. The robust- ness is assessed by looking at how image processing assaults affect the content that is signed and the recoverability of the watermark. The thorough survey that is offered in this study, in the opinion of the authors, will aid brand-new scholars in learning more about this area. Additionally, the comparative study can spark suggestions for how to enhance the methods already outlined.

Discovery of Approaches by Various Machine learning Ensemble Model and Features Selection Method in Critical Heart Disease Diagnosis

Heart disease is one of the leading killers that are widely recognized through- out the globe. Large volumes of clinical data are stored in a variety of sys- tems and biological equipment at hospitals. It is essential to grasp the facts of heart disease in order to improve forecast accuracy. In this paper, experimental evaluations have been conducted to assess the effectiveness of models created utilizing classification algorithms and relevant attributes selected using Extra Tree feature selection procedures. Several people suffer originated at heart disease globally. It is necessary to use data mining and machine learning techniques to extract new insights originated at this data. Analyzing medical data sets and diagnostic issues, including heart disease, involved the use of a number of categorization approaches. However, these methods were only per- formed on small, balanced data; then, the features must be derived originated at trial and error. Additionally, several sectors have made substantial use of feature selection techniques to enhance classification performance. This paper aims to propose a comprehensive approach to enhance the prediction of heart disease using several machine learning methods such as Bagging, Support Vec- tor Machine, Multilayer Perception and Gradient Boost with feature selection methods such as extra tree. The experimental results showed improvements of prediction. Bagging received scores in training model on 80% data sample as 99.08, 73.19, 67.20, 69.20 and 80.66 of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score and roc respectively. In the experiment,  we have tested on 20% data sam- ple for each classifier algorithms and find Bagging classifier model perform higher score for accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score and roc 92.62, 48.44, 39.63, 41.89, 66.82 respectively.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made a huge impact on the e-commerce industry. The industry has experienced some benefits and problems during the pandemic. People tend to buy more items online as it can be more secure when it comes to the spread of disease. The reports are saying that overall e-commerce industry is having an increased sales growth. Many methods and techniques are being used by the e-commerce industry to make-up the negative impacts that happened to online business during the Covid-19 pandemic. Virtual Discussion for Improving Motivation: A Christian Education Strategy against Covid-19 Pandemic Effect

There was a big question about the transition to online learning on around the world, could it motivate student as good as the traditional methods? This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of virtual discussion for improving motivation of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of sixty Christian students of State Vocational High School Malang were involved in the study, separated in two classes. The first class was treated with virtual discussion method and the other class as a control class. This study used a quasi-experimental research design, and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The result obtained sig. 0.000 less than 0.05, showed a significant difference in the mean scores, indicated that virtual discussion was effective for improving motivation of students. From the finding, it is recommended to use virtual discussion in Christian education, against Covid-19 pandemic effect.

From bulk buying to online shopping there is a major change in what, when and how people are buying. As people are avoiding going to public places, online shopping has become even more prominent now. This paves the way for the online shopping stores giving them competitive advantage over traditional shopping stores. Amazon and Flipkart, which are the two most leading online shopping stores have also been beneficially affected by this shift of customer purchasing behaviour. Both Amazon and Flipkart are seeing accelerated growth in online sales fuelled by first time buyers and sellers from small towns. In this study the overall customer attitude towards the two sites is measured and compared with the help of Fishbein Multi-Attribute Model. An analysis is done to determine the important attributes that matters more to the customers ,on which these online sites need to focus on and also the perception of customers on performance of  the two sites on those attributes is assessed.

Smart Health Prediction Using Machine Learning

The "Smart Health Prediction Using Machine Learning" system, based on predictive modelling, predicts the disease of patients/users on the basis of the symptoms that the user provides symptoms as an input to the system. The application has three login options: user/patient login, doctor login, and admin login.The device analyses the symptoms given by the user/patient as input and provides the likelihood of the disease as output based on the prediction using the algorithm. Smart health predictions are made by the implementation of the Naïve Bayes Classifier. The Naïve Bayes Classifier measures the disease percentage probability by considering all its features that is trained during the training phase.Exact interpretation of disease data benefits early patient/user disease prediction and provides clear vision about the disease to the user. After a prediction, the user/patient can consult a specialist doctor using a chat consulting window. It uses machine learning algorithms and database management techniques to extract new patterns from historical data. The Forecast Accuracy can improve with the use of a machine learning algorithm and the user/patient will get fast and easy access to the application.

In this paper we have proposed a room sanitation robot. The world around us is facing new threats day by day, latest being the corona virus. Social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing the hands and disinfecting rooms are some precautionary measures to be taken against this deadly virus. Hence our project aims at disinfecting the rooms by deploying robots instead of manpower. Steriloid is a sanitizing robot which can be used to sanitize rooms, pathways, roads etc. It can be controlled in two modes manually or automatically. In the Automatic mode, the robot moves around the room with the help of two ultrasonic sensors. The sensors detect the obstacle while the robot is in motion and control the robot accordingly. In the Manual mode, complete control of the robot is in the user's hands. A mobile application is used to control the robot via a Bluetooth module. So the robot can move to any location. Sanitizer or sanitizing liquid is filled inside a reservoir and a pump is placed inside it. When the robot starts moving, the pump can be turned on from the mobile or manually and it starts sanitizing the room.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all levels of educational systems worldwide, leading to the near-total closures of schools, universities and colleges.There are so many negativeimpacts of covid-19 on every sector in world and nowadays everyone is discussing and focusing on losses and drawbacks of covid-19. We should bring out ourselves from this worst situation and be positive. Education is continuing its journey since man is on earth. It may be the nature taught man in the yester years, gurukulas in the golden period of many kings, Government Schools and colleges’ post-independence era and convents, international schools, deemed universities in the 21st century, its common objective of all these institutions is to educate the human race. Education is not just reading the books and getting a degree from a University, it is the holistic development of an individual physically, mentally, financially and economically. The aim of education is to bring overall development of an individual and make him today a productive citizen, for tomorrow’s nation. Every country develops its education system to express and promote its unique socio-cultural identity and to meet the growing demand of job and career opportunities. The country has reached a stage in economic and technological progress and efforts must be made to ensure that the fruits of change reach all the sections of the society. The National Education Policy- 1986 focused on common curriculum framework that contains a common core along with other components that are flexible. Child-centric approach is given prominence in elementary education, followed by secondary education giving prominence to girl child education and SC, ST and BC categories of education. The National Education Policy-2020, which is reformed after 34 years, emphasized more on holistic approach with multi-disciplinary courses and students are facilitated with bucket system of choosing subjects of their interest. This paper focuses on the comparative study on the highlighted aspects of NEP of both 1986 and 2020.

Temperature based Fan Speed Controller

This report aims to give an overview of a standalone automatic fan speed controller that controls the speed of an electric fan according to our requirement. With the help of the embedded technology makes more efficient and reliable with this closed loop feedback control system. This project is the Temperature Based Fan Speed Control & Monitoring with the help of the Arduino UNO and LM35 Temperature Sensor. In this the microcontroller controls the speed of an electric fan according to the requirement & allows faster control and the LCD display makes the system user-friendly. The LCD panel displays the Sensed temperature in Celsius Scale and fan speed in percentage simultaneously.

Cyber bullying is a threat to the persons who are very socially active in various social media platforms. So, in this paper we deal with what is cyber bullying and types of it. We also discuss about the cyber bullying taking place at various places like school, college, university etc.Even we conducted a small survey and unstructured interviews with the teachers, professionalisms about the cyber bullying. So in the results we discuss about the survey and interview results after properly analyzing it. We also give some of the way that how to stop cyber bullying and its limitations to fight with it easily
