Digital Marketing Practices Adoption in Micro, Small and Medium Businesses for Inclusive Growth
Jyotshana
Upadhyay
After China, India has the world’s largest MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). According to government estimates, the country has roughly 63.05 million small enterprises, 0.33 million small businesses, and around 5,000 major businesses. The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector of the Indian economy is a vibrant and dynamic sector. It adds to the country’s economic and social development. MSMEs, second only to farming, encourage enterprise and create the most job vacancies at a relatively cheap capital cost. MSMEs now operate in almost every key sector of the Indian economy, including food processing, textiles and apparel, agricultural data sources, leather and cowhide stuff, sports merchandise, plastic items, electro- restorative equipment, and computer software, to name a few. With their devo- tion to modern yield, fares, business, and creation for the Indian and global markets, SMEs play a critical role in the Indian economy. The focus of this study is on existing advertising mediums for SMEs in the administration’s area, as well as the scope of internet marketing. With the passage of time, internet media has grown in importance in marketing, and it may be the ideal vehicle for SMEs to achieve success in marketing.

There is a continuous demand and burning of limited fossil fuel prompted the urgent need to develop renewable, abundant, and clean energy source. There- fore, for solving the energy crisis, the production of green hydrogen by elec- trochemical water splitting plays a vital role in achieving this goal. But, this electrochemical energy production process is kinetically sluggish due to multi- electron transfer reactions Therefore, the development of an efficient inexpen- sive catalyst towards OER have been required to accelerate the rate of oxy- gen evolution. We effectively designed and synthesized sheet-like morphology of lanthanum doped cobalt selenate through the one-pot hydrothermal route. The synthesized material is confirmed by different techniques. Herein prepared sheet-like La doped CoSe2O5 material is employed as an efficient electrocata- lyst towards OER in alkaline medium. This electrocatalyst show the low Over- potential and the low the Tafel slop value. Also successfully doped with the rare earth metal it show the large exchange current density and the active sites.

Titanium alloys have been widely used as metallic materials for additive manufacturing, especially selective laser melting in recent decades because of its great corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties and bio- compatibility. Solid titanium alloys have higher compressive strength and elastic modulus than natural human bones and to get similar results that of human bones, solid titanium alloys are replaced by porous titanium alloys to fulfil the orthopaedic demands in biomedical applications. In this study two different types of Ti scaffolds (Grid and Vinties, each of two, total number of four) were designed using 3D CAD software with 65% porosity and fabricated through SLM process. The process parameters, employed in the work like laser power, hatch distancing, scanning speed, and layer thickness are the most effective factors that affect the porosity of the SLM-fabricated samples. The results demonstrate that when the porosity percentage increases, the energy density, scanning speed, and hatch distancing rise, but the laser power drops. This study primarily focuses on to determine porosity of the fabricated scaf- folds by Archimedes principle and optimizing the process parameters. Finally, compressive test is carried out on the scaffolds in an INSTRON machine of maximum ± 25 kN load capacity. The result shows better capability to man-ufacture with minimum error in porosity percentage and good potential for orthopedic applications as metallic implants.

Experimental Investigation on Carbon Dioxide Reduction by Using Post Combustion Carbon Capture System in a Spark-Ignition Engine

Global warming is a serious environmental concern that affects humans, wildlife, and ecosystems. Carbon dioxide reduction is the need of the hour as it a major constituent of global warming. The quantum of carbon dioxide released in the exhaust depends on the number of carbon atoms present in the fuel used. The present study investigates the reduction of engine out carbon dioxide emission. For carbon dioxide reduction post combustion capture sys- tem is used. In post combustion capture system carbon dioxide is absorbed by using absorption catalyst. In this capture system, carbon dioxide is absorbed after the combustion. Among various absorption catalyst, monoethanolamine (MEA) is used, as it can react more quickly with carbon dioxide than other absorbents. Monoethanolamine is continuously injected in the exhaust mani- fold. Empty chamber is added in the exhaust manifold for increasing the resi- dent time of the reaction of amine with carbon dioxide. MEA reacts with carbon dioxide forms ammonium carbamate. Carbamate is approved by the Environ- mental Protection Agency as an inert ingredient, used for insect and rodent control in areas where agricultural products are stored.

Dengue fever (DF) is amosquitoborne disease spread by female Aedes mosquito. Dengue transmission depends on the changing of climatic parame- ters like temperature, humidity, rainfall, as well as the congestion in an area, i.e., where the population density is high. In this review, we have highlighted the reasons of the occurrence of DF and methods for early detection of the same. Symptoms are the key points to diagnose the dengue patients. Many diseases like Malaria, Chikungunia, Typhoid, COVID-19, etc. have the com- mon symptoms of fever, body pain, eye pain, diarrhoea, etc. Few rare symp- toms have been identified for diagnosing DF using machine learning predictive model. Rare symptoms are skin disease, headache, abdominal pain for early detection of dengue.
