In this communication, the nonlinear bending behaviour of laminated cylindrical panels in the presence of thermal load has been studied using the finite element-based simulation package ANSYS. The efficacy of present numerical results is compared with published results. Thereafter, the effect of radius-to-span ratio (R/a) on the nonlinear static response of isotropic and laminated panels under thermal load is studied here. Moreover, the nonlinear bending deflection verses x-axis of cylindrical panels at different thermal loads is presented here that will serve as benchmark for future research.

During the Corona epidemic, this study aims to investigate the opinions of EFL students at King Khalid University various campuses regarding the benefits, problems, and solutions of online learning. It also attempts to emphasize the effectiveness of online learning as an educational system that can be depended on to fulfill objectives what the university always aims for the best of learning outcomes. The researchers looked at the present state of online learning in the Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire was used by the researchers during the COVID-19 epidemic. The questions in the questionnaire were answered by 226 students of KKU who had all attempted the online course. The purpose of the research was to highlight the difficulties that EFL learners faced last year in online classes. In addition to creating methods for integrating students in the evaluation process, their online courses process. The findings verified the necessity for adjustments and enhancements to be made to the system application of e-learning in the educational process to assist high-level education ministries in achieving their goals ore genuine success in disseminating information The researchers concluded that substantial efforts should be made in this area. Besides providing effective training programs for both students and employees, upgrading the technical infrastructure is also important.

Current research focuses on the ability of TMD and MTMD to reduce structural vibration caused by earthquakes. Use the finite element method to scan the frame. The soft computation technique to linearly analyze the time course of the frame at each time step. The result compares the frame's response with uniform and uneven mass ratios and the effects of changes in MTMD and TMD damping coefficients. The response of the frame design decreases as the proportion of a single TMD increases. Effectively reduce the vibration of the structure when exposed to earth acceleration. Non-uniform mass is more effective than MTMD than a single TMD with the same mass ratio. In this study, MTMD with uniform mass ratio distribution is the most effective for vibration control. Multiple TMDs with uniform or uneven mass ratio distribution correspond to the same structural frequency, and there are multiple TMDs. The reaction of the frame structure does not affect the change of the damping coefficient of the damper.
