Most of the cities are facing several challenges when responding to multiple concurrent fire emergency calls. The problem appears to arise more often than might be expected. The risk time period for predetermined short-term peri- ods of incidents can be calculated. From this, one can selected whether the higher or the lower risk period to respond to multiple incidents more efficiently and effectively by solving municipality’s existing resources. In this disserta- tion, survival analysis (the Kaplan-Meier estimator and Cox hazard model) is utilized to determine the time (Time of the day, day of the week and various season), when the risk of multiple emergencies was expected to be highest or lowest in Jaipur. Various types of incidents most likely to occur was also con- sidered in the survival analysis. The case study in Jaipur observed that the area most needed help with multiple calls during summer weekends from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The study clearly demonstrates the potential to find out the risk intensity and hazard analysis based on a data-driven and scientific approach. For various load conditions, such as gravity load, the axial force, shear force, and bending moment of a wind load, hydrostatic load and a temperature load are compared. Wind load affects more the Axial Force, Shear Force & BM as compared to the hydrostatic load and temperature load.

The matched mass damper (TMD) is used to ensure the safety and stability of the offshore platform; however, the line damper operates at a single reso- nance frequency and only provides vibration suppression in a narrow frequency band. Therefore, this paper proposes a magnetic TMD with two pairs of per- manent magnets on both sides of the structure, generating nonlinear repulsive force. This makes the vibration of the magnetic TMD damping structure reli- able and stable in a wide frequency range under the influence of earthquakes. Matched mass dampers (TMD) are widely used to control and reduce vibra- tion in engineering structures such as buildings, towers, bridges, and wind turbines. The traditional expression of TMD is the point mass connected to the structure through springs and dampers. However, many TMDs differ from this model because multiple mass components have different amplitudes and direc- tions of motion. The TMDs have acquired quality. Bulk add to the increased inertia and additional mass, the internal TMD movement is reduced. The effec- tive mass of the TMD must be calculated correctly to predict the efficiency of the TMD and adjust the TMD correctly. The review first briefly introduced the detection techniques and methods used in POF sensors, focusing on the different advantages and limitations of the different detection schemes used. Because POF is easy to handle, low cost and has high tensile strength, people are interested in its useSome workers showed how to monitor the structure’s condition, especially measuring deformation, curvature, load, displacement, vibration and crack detection.

Every human being needs communication as the right pattern to solve problems in every activity. Communication must be owned by every individual in order to portray a human being who is free and has the freedom to express opinions. The purpose of this study is to describe how social companion performs family ability improvement activities in the midst of obstacles in the activity. With a good and effective communication pattern in the family’s ability improvement activities should be used as a potential to overcome the problem, both existing obstacles are used as opportunities. Communication can increase the extrinsic motivation of the recipient of social assistance. The message is there and pack- aged in improving family capabilities. This research is qualitative research where research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Processes and meanings (subject perspectives) are highlighted in qualitative research. The researcher conducted interview activities to the Balige Subdistrict Social Com- panion at the Toba Regency Social Service office and participated in the imple- mentation in Balige Subdistrict twice. Special findings from the companion side will be juxtaposed with the theories of social barriers as stated above, this is to see the extent of the obstacles that occur in communication that occur in the implementation of the Family Capability Improvement Meeting. A particular finding on the beneficiary side of social assistance is to see if communication by social escorts has been effective or successful. These communication pat- terns, whether it has had an impact in their daily activities and juxtaposed with effective communication theory.
