Fuel is one of the most important and recent crises in present situation. Though the people are working on to find out the alternative way to provide a better renewable energy source, the hike and need for coal and petroleum never stops. The transmission of petroleum and its products takes place only through the highways by means of tanker Lorries. Since the total quantity of the petroleum reduces as a result of carelessness and selling it to get more money, there exist a gap between the sender and the receiver. To avoid all those mischievous, our system provides a secured and compact device that can measure the amount of liquid in the container and transmits to sender as well as the receiver to avoid further chaos.

An IoT based smart programmed multi cropping water system control gadget has been intended to encourage the automatic water supply of adequate water from a sump or well to field or multi cropping crops in all agricultural season. One of the main objective of this project is to avoid manpower for every irrigation purposes with proper interval based on multi cropping system. The technique utilized is to consistently monitor the real time gap and crop duration, fertilizer duration for feed to cropping system. And also how much water is required for each different kind of crops in multi cropping system. The pump motor will operate based on the microcontroller system output. The different valve system will operate by proper relay driver system for dripping the individual cropping system. The exclusive android application will help and monitor the real scenario for dripping system. The application is running based on the customer input data, once owner feed the data will stored in cloud and the microcontroller will get the data from cloud and control the valve systems. The manual setting system also included in this gadget. The arduino board is specially designed circuit board for programming and prototyping with ATMEL microcontroller. The microcontroller used in this arduino is ATmega 328 which is in-built in arduino board and the coding are done in embedded C.

Solar pond is an artificially constructed pond in which significant temperature rise occurs in the lower region by preventing convection. To prevent convection, salt water is used in the pond. Those ponds are called ‘‘Salt Gradient Solar Pond’’. Salt gradient solar ponds are an environmentally friendly energy resource, capable of providing 60 - 85°C water for process heating, desalination and energy generation. In the last 15 years, many salt gradient solar ponds varying in size from a few hundred to a few thousand square meters of surface area have been built in a number of countries. Now- a-days, mini solar ponds are also being constructed for various thermal applications. Many of the salt gradient solar ponds are using sodium chloride. In this project work, a solar pond system was constructed with better insulation, transparent cover on the upper surface and also we analyses the temperature efficiency between sodium chloride and magnesium chloride. The temperatures within the pond was measured at various levels and compared with other works.

The objective of this paper is focused on turning of AISI D3 Steel using coated cemented carbide tool cutting inserts. The experiments were performed on a KIROLOSKAR model center lathe using three input cutting parameters, cutting speed, feed and depth of cut. Hardened steels are most widely used in multifarious industrial applications like tool design and mould design. The output responses measured were surface roughness (Ra), Interface temperature and material removal rate (MRR). In present study, the Taguchi technique has been used to optimize the controllable process parameters for AISI D3 cold work turning tools then the interaction effects of various hard turning parameters on each response were also studied using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and interaction plots. Further a regression is modelled as a function of cutting parameters to predict values for surface roughness in comparison with experimental values within reasonable limits. Based on the main effects plots and signal to noise ratio (S/N) obtained through Taguchi’s approach, were used to relate the optimum level for surface roughness chosen from the considered there levels of cutting parameters.

The major reason for the depletion of the ozone layer is refrigerants from to refrigeration system, instead of that to hydrocarbons(HC) like liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) is proposed as working fluid in refrigeration system .The hydrocarbons while used as a refrigerant posses many good characteristics such as:-very low cost, nontoxic, zero ozone layer depletion potential, strong compact ability. To safeguard the depleting ozone layer LPG is the perfect option. This system works by the expansion of LPG from its form to gaseous form resulting in decrease of pressure and increase in volume of the LPG. By this the temperature drop occurs and makes a refrigerant effect. This cooling effect can be utilized for refrigeration work. For heating purposes the same gas is again utilized after the cooling cycle.
